First Choice Caterer was established in 1991 by Linda Thompson. Linda has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry and comes from a family of food service providers with successful catering businesses in North and South Jersey.
IMPORTANT MILE STONES:
1991- Opened First Choice Caterer
1994- Began catering exclusively at the Colts Neck Fire Company #1 in Colts Neck, NJ
1997/2003- Catered for Bishop Reese and Bishop Smith, Diocese of Trenton, Confirmation dinners at St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church, Jackson, NJ
2002- Joined the Jackson Chamber of Commerce as the owner and proprietor of First Choice Caterer
